Shipping & Return Policy
Our website currently does not support live inventory numbers so if you are in need of a part for any specific date please contact our sales team so we can verify the item is available for you and push the order out today or express it for you if needed.
We will not cover express / expedited shipping any order to meet a required deadline for any online order if it ships at our normal processing speed, and all orders that have any kind of urgency need to be placed on the phone or via email with one of our sales reps to assure we can get the item to you on time.

Please note that Racehead Performance will only to ship to the “VERIFIED” billing address of a credit card and to the card holder only. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is only in place to protect ourselves and the consumer from any type of fraud. All orders are processed on Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Racehead Performance is in no way able to alter the quoted price of shipping and is also not responsible for delays or derivations from/to the shipping schedule quoted to you. If, at the time of product arrival, you refuse to accept delivery of the product then you will be charge a 25% restocking fee of the product purchase price.
Most orders are processed within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours, unless the part is Special Order or on back-order.
If part is Special Order of placed on back-order the customer will be notified VIA e-mail or Phone call and the part will be shipped as soon as it is received by Racehead performance or at the time of item is taken off back order. Most orders are received by the customer within 7-10 business days, depending on location. Most orders will be shipped via UPS ground or FedEx ground.
All orders outside of the continental United States are subject to higher shipping cost. Please email us at Shipping@RaceheadPerformance.com for shipping quotes before ordering, if you are outside the continental 48 states.

Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales are final and all parts are subject to price changes and availability. NO RETURNS!! Any returns accepted are subjected to a 25% restocking Fee. Any returns accepted must be within 30 days of date of purchase, be unused, and in unopened new box are subjected to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return. No Cancellations or returns on Special Order Parts. “Special Order Parts” refers to any part that is not in-stock at Racehead Performance. All part information is correct as far as Racehead Performance knows and any errors will be changed upon notification. All refunds include a credit card processing fee of 5%. All returns and exchanges must carry the original Racehead Performance invoice and customer is responsible for all shipping fees on any return or exchange.
New and unopened (which means seal unbroken products) may be exchange out at Racehead Performance discretion. Any difference in price will, if owed by you, will be charged to back to the customer credit card. If the difference in price that results in Racehead Performance owing the customer, then at Racehead Performance discretion a refund or store credit will be issued.
It is up to the customer to confirm that the product purchased comply with the local law, which the customer resides in. The parts that we provide are intended for Off-Road Use ONLY, unless the stated otherwise. And never to be used on public Highways, nor any public road.
